Description

You will own software development to centralize platforms and modernize software stacks across CF&O divisions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into process workflows, data requirements, and technical specifications.
• Design technical documents, testing strategies, and implementation plans.
• Manage the end-to-end systems development lifecycle from analysis through maintenance.
• Automate financial metrics and limits to improve workflow efficiency.
• Develop unified data models across assessment platforms to meet regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong programming proficiency in a compiled language (Java or C++).
• Full-stack experience with industry-standard frameworks like React and Spring Boot.
• Experience with build tools and dependency management (Maven, Drop Wizard).
• Proficiency in Web and RESTful service development.
• Knowledge of relational and columnar SQL databases, including database design.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design.
