Description

You will build and maintain data processing applications and frameworks on cloud-based infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop data processing applications and frameworks in partnership with Data Analysts and Architects.
• Build and maintain data pipelines with low-latency, fault-tolerant, and high-availability characteristics.
• Recommend platform adoption strategies, including technology integrations and AWS frameworks.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and ship new features.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and querying languages.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, Glue, S3, IAM, Step Functions, CloudWatch, SQS, and SNS.
• Experience implementing data lakes and data management technologies for large-scale organizations.
• Experience with Snowflake cloud data platform and PowerBI.
• Practical knowledge of building and consuming APIs.
• Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD, release management, and Agile development.
• Experience with Serverless, Container, Queueing, and Monitoring services.
