You will build UI, APIs, and data platform services for analysts, data scientists, and software engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build UI, APIs, and data platform services that abstract underlying data infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product design teams to improve internal platform UI/UX.
• Perform code reviews and recommend improvements to software development processes.
• Develop boilerplate architecture and improve team testing and development processes.
• Document best practices and educate the broader engineering team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working on production-grade web applications.
• Proficiency in Python and Go for backend improvements.
• Experience building tools and platforms for business users and software developers.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms and services.
• Experience with full stack development including API design and databases.
• Knowledge of Presto, Hive, Spark, and BigQuery.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript environments.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Drone, Terraform, and microservices design.
• Experience building machine learning platforms using SparkML, Tensorflow, or Seldon Core.
