Software Engineer

Develop and deploy enterprise-level business solutions using Pega technology within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement model-driven applications and proof-of-concepts to support Guest Experience Platform capabilities.
• Create technical designs based on PegaPRPC 8.x, including enterprise class structures and data architecture definitions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large solution components while managing onshore and offshore development teams.
• Perform Pega performance analysis and tuning to mitigate technical risks across the domain portfolio.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Managers, and Designers to ensure high standards of software delivery following SOA and integration practices.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3+ years of experience developing Pega solutions.
• Mandatory Pega SSA certification.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Deep understanding of full Pega architecture and Pega UI.
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented principles and techniques.
• Experience delivering solutions using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with PL/SQL and relational database concepts.
• Exposure to application servers, programming languages, and integration techniques.
• Ability to apply UI/UX design principles to technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Java development experience.
• Experience with Oracle SQL and rules engines.
