Description

You will develop application software and RESTful services within cloud-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain components across all tiers of the application stack using Spring and Spring Boot.
• Design distributed, service-oriented, and microservice-based architectures.
• Manage continuous integration and deployment by modifying CI/CD pipelines and scripts.
• Collaborate with product managers to define MVPs and decompose features into user stories.
• Partner with other product teams on integrations, testing, and deployment processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java, Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF), and Spring development.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Cloud Run.
• Proficiency with Swagger, Spring Security, and SonarQube.
• Experience implementing Circuit Breaker/Hystrix, logging, and tracing.
• Deep understanding of Microservice Architecture, TDD, and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of relational databases, NoSQL databases, and flat file processing.
• Experience working in Extreme Agile development environments.
• Ability to own the product lifecycle from development and testing to launch and support.

Preferred Skills

• Strong background in thought leadership and independent problem-solving.
