Description

You will design and build self-service observability infrastructure, managing data pipelines for metrics, logs, and traces to provide real-time system insights.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain scalable data pipelines and microservices for real-time and batch processing on GCP.
• Lead data ingestion and integration from various sources, ensuring standardization for analytics.
• Design service-oriented architectures and full-stack components to enable enterprise data platform capabilities.
• Implement data governance, access controls, and security best practices using GCP native features.
• Automate platform processes to enhance reliability and reduce manual intervention.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Platform Engineer.
• Proficient in Python (minimum 5 years) with Java experience as a plus.
• Minimum 1 year experience with Angular, React, or Vue.
• Minimum 3 years experience with GCP, Azure, or AWS cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience designing and deploying cloud-based data pipelines and microservices.
• Knowledge of BigQuery, Big Data technologies, and distributed systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GCP services such as Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Functions.
• Background in performance optimization for data pipelines and storage solutions.
