Description

You will design and build scalable microservices architecture and own the full development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of microservices architecture.
• Develop, test, and maintain high-performance applications using Java 21 and Spring Boot.
• Design and manage resilient cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI and Harness for deployments onto EKS.
• Act as the primary technical escalation point for QA and Production environments on a rotational basis.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering or DevOps.
• Strong hands-on development with Java (Java 21 preferred) and Spring Boot.
• In-depth, production-level experience with AWS, including EKS and MSK.
• Proven ability to design complex microservice architectures.
• Successfully provision high-throughput infrastructure on AWS using Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with GitLab CI, Harness, and Helm for Kubernetes deployments.
• Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Experience with Datadog and Splunk for monitoring and logging.
• Practical experience developing automation suites using TestNG and Cucumber.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or CKA/CKAD certification.
• Experience with Python or Go.
