Description

You will design, build, and maintain software components, services, and automation infrastructure for satellite, network, and security systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement communications components, applications, and services.
• Partner with Satellite, Networks, and Security engineering teams to define system architectures and data models.
• Develop code and build CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and monitoring.
• Implement automated testing for new features and maintain existing test automation infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns and scaling.
• Experience with Java-based SDKs, AWS development, API design, and JSON.
• Experience with TypeScript and Playwright for UI and API automation.
• AWS cloud-native skills and familiarity with AWS tooling.
• Ability to utilize AI to increase development and delivery speed while maintaining code quality.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, including testing and source control.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS components, specifically DynamoDB, Step Functions, and ECS.
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience.
