Description

You will design, implement, and customize DSP audio features for automotive amplifiers while managing release delivery and troubleshooting production issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement DSP audio features based on specific application requirements.
• Manage software release delivery to customers, ensuring quality and timely production.
• Act as the first line of defense for software-related production issues and troubleshooting.
• Support the Japan region with software issue reporting, requirement clarification, and release scheduling.
• Follow software best practices and guide the team in their application.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of production embedded software programming experience.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and MATLAB for production code programming.
• Experience with DSP processors from ADI, TI, Qualcomm, or HiFi cores.
• Knowledge of real-time DSP in time and frequency domains.
• Understanding of digital filter design and multi-rate signal processing.
• Proven customer-facing experience and technical writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and multitask across distributed engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

• Model-based development using Simulink.
• Performance benchmarking and target-processor optimization.
• Experience with Git or SVN.
