Description

You will develop software capabilities and serve as a subject matter expert for Atlassian toolsets within an Agile Scrum team.

Responsibilities

• Act as the SME for Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence, providing operational support and strategic planning.
• Deploy sustainable architecture and convert proprietary vendor code for integration with cybersecurity capabilities.
• Build interfaces and interaction layers using current web technologies and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with customers, testers, and administrators to develop, test, and deploy software builds.
• Produce technical documentation including user guides, test plans, and contract deliverables.

Required Skills

• U.S. Citizenship with an active DoD Secret clearance; ability to obtain TS/SCI and DHS Suitability.
• 6+ years of software development experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Java development and related technologies.
• 2+ years of experience with Agile software development.
• Experience customizing Atlassian tools (Jira, Jira Align, Confluence) for enterprise stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Working experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of Government Information Security policies, regulations, and guidelines.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Technical understanding of account management and user authentication solutions.
• Experience with JavaScript, XML, SQL, and CI/CD concepts.
• Familiarity with HSPD-12 and DHS environments.
