Description

You will handle the full lifecycle of software requirements, from initial analysis to functional implementation and testing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and construct workflow charts, diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis sessions with users to gather and document functional and technical requirements.
• Deliver projects and enhancements using Agile Methodology.
• Design and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts, including writing test cases for UAT.
• Identify and classify incident categories (P1, P2, P3) to streamline case management.

Required Skills

• Agile Methodology.
• UAT Testing.
• Experience writing functional and technical documentation.
• Experience with workflow diagramming and specification writing.
• Master degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Release Engineer, Software Engineer, Developer, or Analyst.
• Note: A Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience is accepted in lieu of a Master's.
