Description

You will own the full lifecycle of software requirements, from initial analysis and documentation through to functional implementation, testing, and release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and construct workflow charts, diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis sessions with stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical needs.
• Deliver projects and enhancements using Agile Methodology.
• Design and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts, including writing test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify and classify incident categories (P1, P2, P3) to streamline case management.

Required Skills

• Master's degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or a related field (or Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience).
• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Release Engineer, Software Engineer, Developer, or Analyst.
• Experience writing functional and technical documentation.
• Experience with workflow diagramming and technical specification writing.
• Proficiency in Agile Methodology.
• Experience with UAT Testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in incident classification and case management workflows.
