Description

You will build and maintain reliable software components for distributed systems, diagnosing production issues and automating operational workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software components in Linux environments.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues through customer and support team engagement.
• Conduct root cause analysis of complex distributed systems and implement fixes.
• Build automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce triage time.
• Collaborate with Development, Test, Documentation, and Product Management teams.

Required Skills

• Programming proficiency in Python, Golang, or C/C++.
• Extensive knowledge of UNIX/Linux systems or Windows back-end programming.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, BGP, VPN, SDN.
• Experience with virtualization technologies, specifically Nutanix AHV.
• 5+ years of development experience in distributed systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
