Description

You will design, develop, and release customer-facing software applications in C# and C++. This role requires ownership of the full development lifecycle, from engineering specifications to performance-tuned database implementations and unit testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software specifications using C# and C++.
• Collaborate with QA and hardware teams to create test plans and validate hardware-software interactions.
• Optimize database performance and tune SQL queries, demonstrating clear understanding of design impacts.
• Write and execute unit tests to ensure code quality before release.
• Resolve bugs and support the release of products delivered to external customers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# and C++.
• Hands-on experience with SQL database technologies.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Windows security principles.
• Proven track record of performance tuning and using assessment tools.
• Experience shipping products to external customers, not just internal tools.
• Active participation in Agile development processes.
• Ability to articulate testing strategies and resolve complex bugs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with hardware engineers on system integration.
• Background in high-security Windows environments.
