Description

You will own the development, configuration, and support of Fircosoft sanctions screening solutions in large enterprise environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Fircosoft Continuity V6, including screening preparation and utilities.
• Build microservices and messaging integrations using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, IBM MQ, and Kafka.
• Manage data processing and SQL/PL/SQL operations on Oracle databases.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and security best practices.
• Support production resilience and operational stability for complex screening workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Fircosoft (Continuity V6 preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.
• Experience with IBM MQ and Kafka for messaging technologies.
• Proficiency in Shell Scripting and Oracle SQL/PL/SQL.
• Deep understanding of sanctions screening workflows and data processing at scale.
• End-to-end SDLC knowledge, including production support.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience modernizing legacy Fircosoft platforms or upgrading to latest versions.
• Hands-on exposure to Kubernetes, AWS, and cloud-native architectures.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts applied to alert reduction or data analysis.
