Description

You will design and develop software solutions using Flowable and Java, providing technical leadership and code reviews.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and development of complex software solutions.
• Model, deploy, and maintain business process definitions using Flowable.
• Review code, testing, and documentation to ensure quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and facilitate problem resolution for the team.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Flowable (BPM, workflow, case management, or DMN).
• 5+ years of software development experience with Java or Spring Boot.
• Proficiency with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT.
• Ability to create technical and procedural documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Familiarity with REST API design, microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
