Description

Senior Flutter Engineer responsible for building high-performance mobile games and applications. You will own feature development from concept to deployment, collaborating closely with game designers and product managers to ensure technical feasibility and a polished user experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, ensuring high performance and stability.
• Collaborate with game designers, artists, and product managers to define requirements and implement technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting peer code reviews to uphold engineering standards.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues to ensure a crash-free experience for users.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive team efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in mobile application or game development.
• Strong command of Flutter and Dart frameworks.
• Proficiency in native mobile development with Kotlin, Java, Swift, or Objective-C.
• Experience with Android and iOS platforms and their respective ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of computer science concepts, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• Experience taking ownership of features from initial concept to final deployment.
• B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or equivalent degree (Any Graduate acceptable).

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in the gaming industry, specifically with casual or puzzle titles.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, live operations, and A/B experiments.
