Description

You will design, develop, and maintain software solutions that integrate client applications with the Verint WFM 15.2 platform.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements for integrating client applications with Verint WFM 15.2.
• Design, develop, and integrate solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developments and integrations related to WFM configurations.
• Conduct demonstrations of new integrations for technical and application engineering teams.
• Assist testers with bug fixing and provide support to resolve client-reported issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Java, Microservices, and API integrations with vendor products.
• Experience with Google technology stack: Google3, Piper, Blaze, Git5/G4, and Borg.
• Proficiency in Python and web application development using the Flask framework.
• Experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data storage solutions.
• Experience with AngularJS or Material/CaneJS frameworks.
• Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments and version control systems.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in English.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working within a Google environment.
