Description

You will lead a team of engineers while overseeing technical delivery and GCP infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor software engineers through 1-on-1s, performance feedback, and career development.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery in collaboration with Product, DevOps, and QA teams.
• Drive Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban to improve delivery speed and team efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance, participate in design discussions, and conduct code reviews for architectural integrity.
• Manage and optimize GCP infrastructure, including Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, and Cloud SQL.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience using Java.
• 5+ years of experience with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• 2+ years of experience in a management or team lead role.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and Cloud SQL.
• Strong understanding of design patterns and software development principles.
• Experience working within Agile environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization using Docker.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
