Build and maintain high-quality features for the Gemini platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver consumer-facing web application features in collaboration with product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Build efficient, reusable UI components and architect maintainable solutions.
• Review peer code for correctness, style, and information security.
• Own the DevOps lifecycle, including building, validating, and maintaining products.
• Provide technical input during planning, design, and requirements processes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience building consumer-facing web applications at scale.
• Proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience using React.js.
• Experience integrating with CMS platforms like Contentful or Builder.io.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI concepts and design sensibility.
• Knowledge of web best practices and industry innovations.
• Ability to manage dependencies and work across different time zones.
• Capability to make reasoned tradeoffs between speed and quality.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in unit and integration testing.
• Experience with performance analysis tooling and experimentation.
• Experience influencing product decisions with data or using crypto products.
