Description

Own the maintenance and enhancement of the production Go codebase while supporting the parallel migration to C#.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features and resolve bugs in the existing Golang service to ensure zero regression.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps to maintain service stability during the C# transition.
• Write unit and integration tests and manage CI/CD pipelines for high-quality delivery.
• Document current functionality and bridge gaps identified during the reverse-engineering of core features.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in Go (Golang) development.
• Proven track record building scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with software migration practices, including feature parity validation.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools like Docker.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in parallel development environments.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of C# and experience with legacy code modernization.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
