Description

You will own the technical vision, design, and delivery of large-scale software systems, serving as a technical lead on critical cross-functional projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create technical visions and ensure long-term design quality for short- and long-term business needs.
• Own critical software components, lead hands-on design and code reviews, and translate business requirements into software systems.
• Deploy and maintain large-scale software in production, ensuring operational excellence and engineering best practices.
• Advise leadership on technical decisions and mentor team members on advanced technical issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience designing and building software engineering solutions in cloud environments.
• 10+ years of experience with modern languages including Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or SQL.
• 10+ years of experience with APIs, microservices, and modern software patterns.
• 5+ years of experience soliciting complex requirements and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of conversational AI technologies, including chatbots, voice assistants, LLMs, STT/TTS, and NLU/NLP engines.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLM) and their practical applications in conversational AI.
• Experience developing and supporting voice and text chatbots.
• Advanced degree (Master or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.
