Description

You will manage and support API ecosystems and integration platforms within Kubernetes and OpenShift environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor MuleSoft Runtime Fabric (RTF) and Flex API gateway clusters.
• Execute API Gateway implementation and migration activities.
• Provide production support and troubleshooting using Anypoint Monitoring, Splunk, and Dynatrace.
• Conduct system analysis to detect performance issues and implement technical solutions.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve complex technical challenges.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Java or Python.
• Proficiency with the MuleSoft ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow, CMDB, and API management.
• Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift cluster administration.
• Knowledge of Open API specifications, RAML, and Swagger.
• Experience with API contract and API governance.
• Familiarity with software testing, code optimization, and debugging.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Splunk and Dynatrace for production monitoring.
