Description

Develop and productionize AI-driven features, leading offshore engineers to deliver product iterations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore engineers in delivering AI-driven product iterations.
• Develop backend services using Python frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
• Build accessible frontend interfaces using React or Angular.
• Design GenAI features, including prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and agent workflows.
• Implement automated testing, CI/CD practices, and guardrails for AI solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years backend development with Python (async, typing, performance optimization).
• Experience with Flask, FastAPI, or Django REST APIs and OpenAPI/Swagger.
• 3+ years building frontends with React or Angular, focusing on component architecture.
• 1+ year experience with LLM concepts, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines.
• 3-5 years experience with data infrastructure: Vector databases, PostgreSQL/MySQL, and Redis.
• Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and monitoring observability (logs, metrics, tracing).
• Familiarity with message/streaming tools like Kafka.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
