Description

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in UI development using react.js
• 5+ years of experience automating deployments with Gitlab Pipelines
• Ability to work effectively within a structured, distributed/offshore team environment
• Agile
• C# / .NET Framework / .NET Core / .NET 8 ASP.NET MVC / ASP.NET Core Web API Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core SQL Server (query tuning, stored procedures, performance optimization) REST APIs and microservices development Git, Azure DevOps or GitLab CI/CD pipeline experience Unit testing and automated testing frameworks Secure coding practices and vulnerability remediation Application troubleshooting, debugging and performance tuning
• Exposure to advanced observability and monitoring practices
• Manual & Automated Testing

Preferred Skills:

• 2+ years of experience using Playwright to automate UI testing
  2+ years' experience using Postman to automate API testing
• Experience writing Test Cases in Practitest and configuring Practitest to sync with Jira

Responsibilities:

• Upgrading Jenkins deployment pipelines to Gitlab pipelines
• Updating/Modernizing obsolescent components
• Patching vulnerabilities
• Documenting test cases in PractiTest
• Automating functional test cases wherever possible
• Implementing observability across all applications
• Work with Product and Technical teams to get test cases documented and requirements for offshore teams
• Upgrading Jenkins Pipelines/Improving Gitlab Pipelines
• Integrating AI technologies where appropriate into Gitlab pipelines
• Helping creating a consistent base observability stack with extensibility for customization
• Patching and modernizing legacy code bases
