Description

You will design and develop ServiceNow applications, manage data streaming infrastructure, and maintain configuration management databases to support client upgrades and IT process automation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications using Studio IDE and JavaScript, optimizing for performance and scalability.
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot automated IT processes and workflows.
• Manage Kafka clusters, configure data streaming, and ensure data integration reliability.
• Populate and maintain accurate CMDB data while enforcing configuration management processes.
• Investigate incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and escalate issues to ensure SLA compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Studio IDE.
• Strong JavaScript programming skills.
• Experience managing Kafka clusters and data streaming.
• Knowledge of CMDB data management and configuration processes.
• Understanding of IT processes and lifecycle management.
• Experience with incident management and SLA compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
