Description

You will debug, triage, and troubleshoot a data annotation tool to ensure a seamless user experience.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Debug and resolve issues within C++, Python, or JavaScript codebases.
• Analyze and triage user-reported problems to provide efficient technical resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to provide insights for platform improvements.
• Write, maintain, and test code to support or enhance the existing tool.
• Communicate complex technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical users.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in C++ or Python.
• Experience with JavaScript for frontend interaction.
• Strong debugging, code reading, and triaging capabilities.
• Proficiency with Git version control.
• Experience with Java.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with data annotation tools or related workflows.
