Description

You will support and enhance IBM Tririga and Maximo applications for facilities and real estate operations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and maintain Tririga Projects (Version 10).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Provide functional and technical support in an enterprise environment.
• Work independently to ensure timely deliverables.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Facilities Management.
• 5+ years of contract experience with IBM Tririga and/or Maximo (minimum one completed contract).
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Tririga Projects Version 10.
• Strong functional and technical expertise in IBM Tririga/Maximo.
• Experience supporting facilities and real estate operations.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Workplace Reservation Manager.
• 3+ years of experience as a Real Estate Manager.
