Description

Own the stability and performance of enterprise endpoint and VDI environments using ControlUp and PowerShell automation.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain ControlUp Real-Time, Insights, and Edge DX to monitor thousands of endpoints.
• Write advanced PowerShell scripts to automate remediation and proactive issue resolution.
• Design scalable DEX architectures that integrate ControlUp with Intune, Jamf, ServiceNow, and Remedy.
• Troubleshoot complex Windows and VDI (Citrix/VMware) performance issues across large-scale deployments.
• Present technical findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders and customers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in Desktop Engineering, EUC, or DEX roles.
• 4+ years hands-on experience with ControlUp in enterprise environments.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation.
• Expertise in Windows endpoint management and VDI platforms (Citrix or VMware).
• Experience integrating monitoring tools with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Remedy) and MDM (Intune, Jamf).
• Ability to analyze data and derive clear, actionable recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional DEX platforms like Nexthink or Aternity.
• Familiarity with experience-based metrics (XLAs) and user sentiment analysis.
• Exposure to AI-driven analytics or self-healing endpoint automation.
