Description

You will manage Salesforce platform maintenance and resolve technical issues as an L1 Engineer.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues including login failures, password resets, and data recovery.
• Manage Salesforce UI navigation, user management, and profile setup.
• Execute data management tasks such as importing, exporting, and deleting data.
• Configure basic security settings and user permissions.
• Perform code reviews with high attention to detail and write automated tests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in Salesforce UI navigation and setup.
• Proficiency in data management (import, export, delete).
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Ability to write automated tests.
• Experience working within an Agile mindset.
• Strong problem-solving techniques and ability to break down work into incremental tasks.

• Ability to actively share best practices within the team.
