Description

Manage directory services and identity access management in multi-domain and hybrid environments. You will maintain system health, troubleshoot issues, and automate administrative tasks to meet SLA requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service alerts, perform routine health checks, and troubleshoot technical issues to meet SLA requirements.
• Execute root cause analysis, support incident management, and handle service request management.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell, Perl, or shell scripts.
• Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), operational runbooks, and change documentation.
• Support IT Risk and audit teams by providing reports, evidence, and process walkthroughs.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience managing PingDirectory, UnboundID, Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), or Sun Directory.
• Hands-on experience with Unix, Linux, and Windows Server 2008/2012/2016.
• Proficiency in directory server configuration, troubleshooting, patch application, and replication.
• Experience with schema management, ACI management, encryption, and LDAP password policy configuration.
• Ability to provide performance and tuning recommendations for directory products.
• Experience performing SOX/audit-related assessments and deploying necessary changes.
• Capability to work 24x7 rotational shifts and provide weekend on-call support.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CyberArk, Sailpoint, Okta, Quest, or AzureAD.
• IAM technology certifications and exposure to security domains outside of Identity & Access Management.
