Description

You will manage end-to-end SAP Solution Manager implementations, upgrades, and configurations. You own the technical system monitoring, business process analytics, and custom code lifecycle management. You perform system administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure constant availability. You develop test automation suites and oversee software system validation and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end SAP Solution Manager 7.2 implementation, upgrades, and configuration.
• Configure ITSM, Change Request Management, Technical System Monitoring, and Business Process Monitoring and Analytics.
• Implement Custom Code Lifecycle Management (CCLM), Business Process Change Analyzer (BPCA), and Focused Insights Dashboards.
• Manage system administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure constant system availability.
• Develop test automation suites and oversee software system validation and documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Solution Manager environments.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager 7.1 and 7.2 implementation and upgrades.
• Proficiency in CCLM and BPCA configuration.
• Experience with Technical Monitoring and Solution Documentation.
• Ability to perform System Administration and Performance Tuning.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure Preparation and Basic configuration.
• Experience with Standalone Retrofit functionality and Service Availability Management.
• Skill in configuring Focused Insights and Service Reports such as Early Watch Alerts.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
