Description

You will build and scale backend services for high-volume conversational AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Work on a chatbot conversation engine designed to scale to millions of daily conversations.
• Design and build workflows for a scalable and resilient system that automatically routes issues based on events.
• Design and implement internal and external APIs for agent dashboard consumption and integrations.
• Write unit, functional, and regression tests to maintain code quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with distributed teams using version control tools and maintain code repositories.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in server-side software development.
• Thorough knowledge of CS fundamentals, including Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Proficiency with Git and distributed version control systems.
• Experience with APIs design and implementation.
• Familiarity with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of POSIX compliant operating systems and CLI tools.
• Strong communication skills.
