Description

You will design, develop, and test systems-level software, including compilers, network distribution tools, and database management systems. You will own the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Modify existing databases and database management systems.
• Write logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers for the management system.
• Coordinate database development as part of a project team and define project scope.
• Review project requests to estimate time and cost for database user needs.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement system changes to resolve problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in SQL for database management and development.
• Experience with VisualBasic.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software fundamentals.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a relevant field.
