Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable microservices and distributed systems in a Bhubaneswar-based team. You own the full software development lifecycle, from design through production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop microservices using REST and SOAP/XML protocols with Java and Spring Boot.
• Lead the team by mentoring members, performing code reviews, and owning team deliverables.
• Optimize system performance and manage capacity planning within distributed client/server environments.
• Manage the complete deployment process from development through to production.
• Handle high-volume real-time data streaming and systems integration using event-based messaging.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of Java/J2EE development experience, specifically with Java 8 or Java 11.
• Hands-on experience building microservices and designing with Spring Boot.
• Proficiency with Web Services, including both SOAP and REST implementations.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra, including DML, DDL, and query optimization.
• Experience with systems integration and event-based messaging using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Strong analysis, design, and programming skills for iterative Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Spring WebFlux and Reactive programming.
