Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of data strategy, governance, data risk management, reporting and analytics for the organization.
• Work with product owners, data owners and customers to evaluate data requirements and identify right technology solutions.
• Demonstrate practical experience in integrating AI technologies into business banking solutions while maintaining ethical AI practices.
• Design, develop, code, test, debug and deploy applications for scalable and extensible business solutions.
• Produce high quality code utilizing Test Driven Development techniques and participate in code reviews.
• Participate in retrospectives to drive continuous improvement within the feature team and implement process changes.
• Implement automation including Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery processes for enhanced development workflows.
• Leverage enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity.
• Support development and deployment of applications into AWS Public clouds and manage cloud infrastructure.

Experience Required: 3+ years of applied experience in software engineering with formal training or certification on software engineering concepts
