Description

Build and maintain Java-based middleware to facilitate data flow between internal systems and SaaS applications using Azure serverless architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Java-based Azure Functions for data integration.
• Implement secure API interactions with external SaaS applications using OAuth 2.0 and other authentication methods.
• Maintain the scalability and performance of middleware solutions.
• Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring for distributed systems.
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong Core Java proficiency including OOP, data structures, algorithms, and concurrency.
• Experience building RESTful APIs with Spring Boot.
• Hands-on with Azure Functions, including triggers and bindings.
• Knowledge of Azure services such as Key Vault, Managed Identities, Storage, and Service Bus.
• Experience with Java HTTP client libraries and JSON processing.
• Practical understanding of API authentication (OAuth 2.0, API Keys) and error handling strategies.
• Proficiency with Maven or Gradle build automation and JUnit/Mockito for unit testing.
• Experience with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
