Description

Own the release pipeline and infrastructure automation for the cloud platform team.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly releases of Terraform modules and Sentinel policies, including thorough code reviews.
• Administer and troubleshoot public cloud services and Infrastructure as Code tooling across multiple environments.
• Develop Python and Go automation scripts to detect anomalies and maintain integration with third-party services.
• Create and manage automated batch workflows using AWS Lambda and cron for scheduled reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deep-dive investigations, Root Cause Analysis, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of applied experience in software engineering or DevOps roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python for automation and scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, specifically Terraform.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins and GitHub.
• Experience managing cloud platforms and public cloud services.
• Knowledge of DevOps best practices, SDLC, and automation strategies.
• Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure deployment issues and improve service reliability.

Preferred Skills

• Multi-cloud exposure and understanding of cloud-agnostic design patterns.
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform Enterprise, or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, Grafana, or the ELK stack.
