Description

You will develop and maintain cloud-native backend services using C# and .NET within the AWS ecosystem.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using C#, .NET Core 6+, and OOP principles.
• Design and optimize database schemas for AWS RDS and DynamoDB, focusing on data modeling and query efficiency.
• Lead technical code reviews to ensure architectural standards, performance, and code quality.
• Collaborate with architects and project managers to translate complex requirements into engineering solutions.
• Identify and mitigate performance and scalability risks in cloud-native environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years professional experience with C# and the .NET framework.
• Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Practical experience developing within the AWS ecosystem, including Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, and SQS.
• Proven ability to build Web APIs and interact with both relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience with infrastructure automation and deployment pipelines.
• Ability to articulate technical decisions to diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) for managing AWS resources.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Node.js.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions and testing frameworks like xUnit or Moq.
