Key Skills: Java, Python, AWS, System Design, Application Development, Testing, CI/CD, Agile Methodologies, Software Development Life Cycle, Application Resiliency

Good to Have Skills: Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and caching solutions. Understanding of secure coding, logging, and monitoring best practices. Exposure to Mainframe technologies (COBOL, Assembler) is an advantage. Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Proficient in AWS cloud skills (IAM, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine approaches
• Create secure and high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems
• Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while ensuring design constraints are met
• Gather, analyze, synthesize, and develop visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets for continuous improvement
• Proactively identify hidden problems and patterns in data to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture
• Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies
• Add to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect within the organization

Experience Required: Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 2+ years applied experience. Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
