You will build and maintain customer interaction solutions using cloud-native services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write complex Lambda functions following Python best practices.
• Provision AWS infrastructure using Terraform code.
• Design, develop, and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows.
• Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS Lambda for custom logic and data processing.
• Troubleshoot issues across contact flows, AWS services, and integrations.
