Good to Have Skills: Experience with incentive compensation tools like Callidus, Varicent, Xactly, Oracle ICM. Knowledge of modern front-end technologies and cloud technologies. Experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools. Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows including data sensitivity considerations and secure handling of inputs/outputs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute standard software solution design, development, and technical troubleshooting processes
• Write secure and high-quality code using programming language syntax with minimal guidance
• Design, develop, code, and troubleshoot considering upstream and downstream systems and technical implications
• Apply knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle toolchain tools to improve automation value
• Gather, analyze, and draw conclusions from large diverse data sets to identify problems
• Apply technical troubleshooting skills to breakdown solutions and solve basic complexity technical problems
• Learn and apply system processes, methodologies, and skills for secure stable code development
• Maintain and debug code in large corporate environments using modern programming languages

Experience Required: 2+ years of applied experience in software engineering with formal training or certification. Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability. Experience across the whole Software Development Life Cycle with exposure to agile methodologies
