You will design, develop, and maintain software solutions while ensuring code quality and system stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write secure, high-quality code with minimal guidance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Design and develop solutions considering upstream and downstream system implications.
• Apply the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain to improve automation value.
• Analyze large, diverse data sets to identify problems and draw conclusions.
• Debug and maintain code in large corporate environments using modern programming languages.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of applied experience in software engineering.
• Hands-on practical experience in system design and application development.
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Experience with ETL testing and database testing.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with incentive compensation tools (Callidus, Varicent, Xactly, Oracle ICM).
• Knowledge of modern front-end and cloud technologies.
• Experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools and secure data handling.
