Description

You will build and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Implement medium-sized features and application modules based on design specifications.
• Diagnose and resolve production bugs and maintain existing backend services.
• Work with senior engineers to implement and update REST/GraphQL API endpoints.
• Perform data modeling and query optimization in MongoDB and implement caching with Redis.
• Assist with containerization and deployment using Docker and CI/CD tools.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of software engineering experience.
• 1+ years building backend services in Node.js/TypeScript.
• Familiarity with backend frameworks like NestJS or Express.
• Working knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Understanding of caching fundamentals using Redis.
• Basic understanding of cloud environments (GCP or AWS).
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD Tools.
• Experience with basic API concepts (HTTP methods, status codes).
