Description

Design and implement software components for systems managing mechanical operations. Own the release pipeline and verification of embedded controls.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop embedded software to control hardware components like motors, actuators, and sensors.
• Evaluate system activities including requirements, design, integration, and verification.
• Debug automated test scripts and resolve complex code issues in production environments.
• Maintain and update automation scripts to ensure compatibility with application updates.
• Direct verification and validation of software requirements, traceability, and testability.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python or C for system development.
• Experience designing and troubleshooting systems combining motors, actuators, sensors, and controllers.
• Experience developing both automated and manual testing frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of testing mobile medical applications on Android and iOS platforms.
• Detailed understanding of hardware and software architecture for mobile devices.
• Experience managing software applications, including user interfaces and data processing programs, that interact with embedded software.
• Ability to review software design and change specifications against process requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Programming experience with LABVIEW, MATLAB, or C++.
