Description

You will build software to manage and explore large machine learning datasets, including backend services and data visualization solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Study large machine learning datasets and build software pipelines to curate data from various collections.
• Build backend services that enhance data explorability over curated machine learning datasets.
• Develop data visualization solutions, including videos and 3D assets, to represent data samples with improved visibility and reasonable rendering cost.
• Apply understanding of typical analytics sought during model debugging to improve data workflows.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in programming and query languages, specifically Python and SQL.
• Experience with data pipeline tools such as Dagster.
• Experience with database and query tools such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Trino.
• Experience developing visualizations that enhance data exploration.
• 2+ years of professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data visualizations of video data and 3D point clouds or meshes.
• Experience with machine learning training, validation, QA, or model debugging workflows.
