Good to Have Skills: Familiarity with modern front-end technologies and exposure to cloud technologies. Knowledge of ServiceNow integration solutions including SSO, SSL, Web Services, JDBC, ODBC, SCP, SFTP, and MID servers. Experience with agile methodologies, application resiliency, and security practices. Emerging knowledge of software applications and technical processes within cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and mobile technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute standard software solutions through design, development, and technical troubleshooting of multiple components.
• Write secure and high-quality code using programming language syntax with consideration for upstream and downstream systems.
• Apply knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle toolchain tools to improve value realized by automation.
• Apply technical troubleshooting skills to break down solutions and solve technical problems of basic complexity.
• Gather, analyze, and draw conclusions from large diverse data sets to identify problems and contribute to decision-making.
• Learn and apply system processes, methodologies, and skills for development of secure, stable code and systems.
• Develop and configure applications on the ServiceNow Platform with strong understanding of PaaS model.
• Contribute to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect within the Infrastructure Platforms team.

Experience Required: Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 2+ years applied experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow configuration and administration. Certified ServiceNow Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in one module (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, ITBM, HR). Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
