Description

You will build and maintain software solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem, owning the design, development, and technical troubleshooting of multiple components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure applications on the ServiceNow Platform with a strong understanding of the PaaS model.
• Write secure, high-quality code using programming language syntax with consideration for upstream and downstream systems.
• Apply technical troubleshooting skills to break down solutions and solve basic complexity technical problems.
• Use the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain to improve value realization through automation.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow configuration and administration.
• 2+ years applied experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, Database Querying, and Programming Languages.
• Experience implementing SSO, SSL, Web Services, and utilizing MID servers.
• Knowledge of REST and LDAP integration patterns.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and draw conclusions from large diverse data sets.
