Description

You will design, specify, and develop information systems solutions to solve complex technical problems and application enhancements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex systems analysis, design, and development tasks as a key individual contributor.
• Direct and monitor the activities of less experienced personnel on small to large scope projects.
• Prepare technical project plans, functional specifications, and system documentation.
• Prepare, review, and execute detailed test plans using specific test data.
• Debug applications and evaluate interrelationships between programs, platforms, and interfacing applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or application development.
• Proficiency with Appian.
• Strong expertise in systems analysis and design.
• Experience with debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues.
• Ability to prepare and manage test data.
• Experience creating technical charts, tables, and diagrams to analyze problems.
• Ability to work independently on high-level technical phases of development.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to recommend new technologies, policies, or processes to improve organizational efficiencies.
