Description

You will develop and maintain software solutions within a product development environment, focusing on stability, performance, and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support software solutions for existing products using .NET and C#.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues and defects to ensure system reliability.
• Guide and train less experienced engineers, fostering technical growth within the team.
• Partner with Product Management to consult on solution feasibility and effort estimation.
• Analyze and determine technical solutions using Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5-9 years of experience in software product development.
• Proficiency in .NET and C# for building scalable solutions.
• Experience with SQL performance troubleshooting and tuning.
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Practical experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, or Jira.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms for stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• 1+ year of experience serving as a technical team lead.
